Fat: 47.29g | Prot: 92.84g | Carb: 99.19g.   Breakfast:  whole milk, kale, feta cheese, jalapeno peppers, Large Grade A Eggs. Lunch:  wheat germ, lemon juice, dried chia seed, water, Protein Powder, cayenne pepper, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green. Dinner:  broccoli, Chicken Meat and Skin (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked), brussel sprouts, kale, red pepper. Snacks/Other:  Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, wine, water, tea, tootsie pop.
