Fat: 45.08g | Prot: 46.14g | Carb: 171.56g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Whole wheat toast. Lunch:  almond granola bar, green beans, water. Dinner:  Healthy choice turkey dinner, water. Snacks/Other:  zucchini , breading, diet mountain dew, melon, ranch dressing.
