Fat: 300.55g | Prot: 76.75g | Carb: 39.43g.   Breakfast:  coffee, beef short ribs, almonds, avacado, cooked egg yolk, egg whites, heavy whipping cream, broth. Lunch:  coffee, beef short ribs, avacado, cooked egg yolk, cooked egg white, heavy whipping cream. Dinner:  chicken liver, mascarpone, creme fraiche, avacado, almonds, macadamia nuts.
