Fat: 39.45g | Prot: 46.54g | Carb: 186.70g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Deli Fresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Mini Sub Rolls, Miracle Whip Light, True Delights Multigrain Fiber Crisps - Wild Blueberry. Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Bacon and Cheese (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate W.F. Crisp Bars.
