Fat: 26.09g | Prot: 67.98g | Carb: 114.05g.   Breakfast:  Latte Coffee, Sugar, Tea (Brewed) , Granulated Sugar , Vanilla Yogurt Nugo bar. Lunch:  Leafy Romaine, Tomatoes, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled), Mayonnaise, Chili Sauce, Snack Cracker. Dinner:  Crab, Chili Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry, Marionberries.
