Fat: 45.87g | Prot: 52.74g | Carb: 150.83g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Classic Onion Sandwich Buns with Poppy Seeds, Hamburger Patty, Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Hamburger Helper - Cheeseburger Macaroni, Sea Salt Bagel Crisps.
