Lunch:  Blueberries, California Avocados, Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil, Natural Mozzarella String Cheese, Onions, Orange Juice, Pita Bread. Dinner:  Boneless Beef Kabobs, Fava Beans Lebanese Recipe, Ground Lamb, White Pita Bread.
