Fat: 33.01g | Prot: 38.54g | Carb: 109.67g.   Breakfast:  Pommes (sans Peau), Pain de Seigle Grillé, Confitures, Conserves, Marmelades (Faible Teneur en Sucre). Lunch:  Oeuf, Fromage à Raclette, Jambon Tranché (Régulier, Environ 11% de Matières Grasses ), Café Expresso. Dinner:  Pomme de Terre Gnocchi, Sauce Tomate, 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, Yogourt. Snacks/Other:  Chou-Fleur Cuit (Pas de Mati�res Grasses Ajout�es dans la Cuisson).
