Fat: 45.21g | Prot: 45.11g | Carb: 215.24g.   Breakfast:  tropicana orange juice, ozarka water. Lunch:  tilapia, lettuce, shredded carrots, cauliflower, ken's steakhouse lite caesar dressing, broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, cheese great value, mrs dash seasoning garlic herb, garlic salt, chicken express sweet tea, water. Dinner:  Pepsi (Bottle), chili's chips queso, water, seasoned beef fajitas.
