Dinner:  romaine, avacado, Cucumber (with Peel), gorgonzola, Cherry Tomato, Hidden Valley Ranch Original, Salmon, Hellman's Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Dean Cottage Cheese, egg, Blackberries, Water, Fish Oil Omega 3, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Calcium, Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, jell-o sugar free pudding, Sensible Portions.
