Fat: 143.10g | Prot: 66.17g | Carb: 11.50g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fried Egg with Fat, Water, Whipping Cream. Lunch:  Butter, Chicken Meat and Skin, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Heavy Cream (Double Cream), Water. Dinner:  Beef Sausage, Mascarpone.
