Lunch:  Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk, Carb Solutions Chocolate shake mix. Dinner:  avacado, romaine, Cucumber (with Peel), gorgonzola, Cherry Tomato, Hidden Valley Ranch Original, Bratwurst, Beef frank. Snacks/Other:  Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Water, Calcium, Fish Oil Omega 3, Dean Cottage Cheese, Blackberries, Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, egg, jell-o sugar free pudding.
