Fat: 75.44g | Prot: 82.27g | Carb: 157.59g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Crusty French Loaf, Pesto, Prosciutto. Dinner:  Classic Onion Sandwich Buns with Poppy Seeds, Hamburger Patty, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
