Lunch:  Ground Beef, Egg, Flax Meal, Onion, Green Pepper, Mushroom, Crushed Tomatoes. Dinner:  Peas, Lettuce, Vinaigrette/Creamy Vinaigrette, Almonds, Beef Stew.
