Fat: 29.78g | Prot: 34.70g | Carb: 127.72g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  lobnobs, Crispy Seaweed Thins. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Sultana Scones, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Clementines, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate.
