Fat: 29.78g | Prot: 34.70g | Carb: 127.72g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Dinner:  Crispy Seaweed Thins, lobnobs. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Clementines, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Sultana Scones.
