Fat: 89.20g | Prot: 58.89g | Carb: 422.45g.   Breakfast:  Clementines, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Oats Cereal with Cinnamon and Spice (Instant, Dry, Fortified) , Orange Juice Drink . Lunch:  Shortbread Cookies, Turkey with Gravy, Dressing, Potatoes and Vegetable (Frozen Meal). Dinner:  Herbal Tea, Toasted White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Cool Mint Chocolate, Mars Bar, Shortbread Cookies, White Table Wine.
