Fat: 40.49g | Prot: 77.03g | Carb: 321.73g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Butter, Heart to Heart Cereal - Honey Toasted Oat, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Steel Cut Oats, Brown Sugar, Raisins. Dinner:  Miso Soup, Green Snap Beans (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Soft-Baked Bars - Blackberry, Dried Berries & Goldens.
