Fat: 62.57g | Prot: 41.70g | Carb: 33.77g.   Breakfast:  Faux Pancake from Cream Cheese, move over butter, Sugar Free Syrup (Those that are Low Carbing). Dinner:  cilantro salsa, ground beef, lettuce, Onions, ralphs mild cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Wasabi & Soy Sauce, herbalife tea (cold w/8oz water), sugar free caramel cream drops, WATER.
