Fat: 107.30g | Prot: 126.57g | Carb: 333.43g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Milk (Nonfat), Raisins (Seedless), Pecan Nuts, Sugar in the Raw Packets. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Mashed Potato, Corn, Beef and Noodles with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Meat Loaf, Potato Salad with Egg, Ranch Salad Dressing, Plain Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Moscato Wine, Town House Flatbread Crisps - Italian Herb, Peanut Butter Cookies, Vanilla Ice Creams, Chocolate Syrup.
