Fat: 107.30g | Prot: 126.57g | Carb: 333.43g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Milk (Nonfat), Pecan Nuts, Raisins (Seedless), Sugar in the Raw Packets. Lunch:  Beef and Noodles with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture), Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Corn, Mashed Potato, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Meat Loaf, Plain Corn Chips, Potato Salad with Egg, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Syrup, Moscato Wine, Peanut Butter Cookies, Town House Flatbread Crisps - Italian Herb, Vanilla Ice Creams.
