Lunch: Beef and Noodles with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture), Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Corn, Mashed Potato, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Dinner: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Meat Loaf, Plain Corn Chips, Potato Salad with Egg, Ranch Salad Dressing.
