Fat: 69.50g | Prot: 97.54g | Carb: 242.25g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Complete protein shake. Lunch:  Ham Sandwich with Spread, Orange Juice. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, French Fries (Kids), White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Classic Cola, Hot Tea, Oatmeal Cookies, Tuna Salad with Egg.
