Lunch:  Whey Crisp Protein Bar (Marshmallow Treat), GL6 Advanced Glutamine Complex, Elite Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate Mint, Platinum Hydro Whey (Optimum Nutrition) Turbo Chocolate. Dinner:  Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Chicken Breast, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten).
