Fat: 69.57g | Prot: 110.70g | Carb: 187.33g.   Breakfast:  Vibrant Health Green - Vibrance Powder, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Soy Protein Isolate (Crude Protein Basis, Potassium Type), Strawberries. Lunch:  Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich on Tomato Basil Bread, Greek Salad (Half Portion), Artisan French Baguette. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Sweet Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Ultra Light Beer, Ultra Light Beer, Vodka.
