Fat: 69.57g | Prot: 110.70g | Carb: 187.33g.   Breakfast:  Soy Protein Isolate (Crude Protein Basis, Potassium Type), Strawberries, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Vibrant Health Green - Vibrance Powder. Lunch:  Artisan French Baguette, Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich on Tomato Basil Bread, Greek Salad (Half Portion). Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Sweet Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Ultra Light Beer, Ultra Light Beer, Vodka.
