Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Ham and Cheese Frittata, Water. Dinner:  first fruits berries & cherries, Fortune Cookie, Hot & Sour Soup (Cup), Steamed Brown Rice, Steamed Buddhas Feast, Water. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Dried Young Coconut, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Organic Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Choco' Chocolaty Drizzle, Water.
