Fat: 38.91g | Prot: 79.41g | Carb: 313.29g.   Breakfast:  Fiber One Original, Skim Milk, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Water, Cottage Cheese (non-fat), Grapefruit. Lunch:  Ham and Cheese Frittata, Water, Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Hot & Sour Soup (Cup), Steamed Brown Rice, Steamed Buddhas Feast, Fortune Cookie, first fruits berries & cherries, Water. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Organic Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Choco' Chocolaty Drizzle, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Dried Young Coconut, Water.
