Fat: 82.34g | Prot: 144.53g | Carb: 148.13g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon with Sea Salt, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ARNOLD MELBA THIN RYE BREAD, Bananas, Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Cheese Pizza, Saltine Crackers, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Bananas, Fish Oil, Strawberries. Dinner:  swedish meatballs, Green String Beans, Boiled Egg, Green String Beans. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Harvest Cheddar.
