Fat: 117.09g | Prot: 125.35g | Carb: 450.38g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , earthgrains whole wheat, Honey , Natural Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Blackened Fish Taco, Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, Mexican Rice Beverage (Horchata), Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Red Beans and Rice, Sockarooni Pasta Sauce, Whole Grain Spaghetti. Dinner:  Chili, Frito Scoops, Ichiban Beer, Light Beer (Bottle), Philadelphia Rolls, Shredded Cheese. Snacks/Other:  All Natural French Vanilla Ice Cream, Bananas, Cottage Cheese , Energy Drink - Low Cal Orange, Scotch.
