Fat: 117.09g | Prot: 125.35g | Carb: 450.38g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Honey , earthgrains whole wheat, Natural Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Whole Grain Spaghetti, Sockarooni Pasta Sauce, Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Blackened Fish Taco, Red Beans and Rice, Mexican Rice Beverage (Horchata). Dinner:  Ichiban Beer, Philadelphia Rolls, Light Beer (Bottle), Chili, Shredded Cheese, Frito Scoops. Snacks/Other:  Energy Drink - Low Cal Orange, Cottage Cheese , Bananas, All Natural French Vanilla Ice Cream, Scotch.
