Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (Regular). Dinner:  Cooked Fish, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), French Vanilla Creamer, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Snacks/Other:  Tic Tac, Baby Carrots.
