Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (Regular). Dinner:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cooked Fish, French Vanilla Creamer, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, Tic Tac.
