Fat: 25.12g | Prot: 75.13g | Carb: 77.65g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cooked Egg White, Smoked Salmon, Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce, White Bread. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Beef Steak, Cabbage, Cooked Carrots, Cooked Green String Beans, Cucumber (Peeled), Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), White Rice. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Grilled Fish, Watermelon. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Pound Cake, Cooked Egg White, Lime, Smoked Salmon.
