Fat: 63.29g | Prot: 45.71g | Carb: 181.99g.   Breakfast:  arugula, avocado, banana, Olive Oil. Lunch:  brocolli, brown rice, cream of mushroom soup, skinless boneless chicken breast. Dinner:  Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), sweet potato, Sweet Red Peppers, Toasted Sesame Oil. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Coffee with Sugar, English Breakfast Tea, honey, White Table Wine.
