Trying to still keep up with my diet. Military Diet is done. Didn't lose much weight. Just lost 3lbs. in 3 days and I was starving myself.

Fat: 48.95g | Prot: 86.36g | Carb: 96.62g.   Breakfast:  Creamy Peanut Butter, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Soft & Smooth 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Jasmine Rice (cooked). Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Bacon and Cheese (Peel Eaten), Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Green String Beans with Mushroom Sauce.
