Fat: 109.59g | Prot: 80.13g | Carb: 291.30g.   Breakfast:  veggie omelet, wheat toast, home fries, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Dinner:  Vanilla Creme Protein Powder. Snacks/Other:  Garden-fresh Salad with Dressing, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich.
