Fat: 50.38g | Prot: 87.43g | Carb: 200.21g.   Breakfast:  Granny Smith Apples, Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Blend Milk, 7 Grain Hot Cereal. Lunch:  Split Pea with Ham Soup (Small). Dinner:  Mexican Style Stewed Chicken (Pollo Guisado Con Tomate), New Orleans Style Spanish Rice, Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh), Guacamole, Pico De Gallo, Artisan Style Tortillas - Corn & Whole Wheat Blend, No Fat Green Chile & Lime Refried Beans, Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Light Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Candy (No Chocolate Covering).
