Fat: 64.18g | Prot: 94.50g | Carb: 222.83g.   Breakfast:  cacao squares, coffee mate powder, kashi blueberry clusters, organic silk milk, sargento light string cheese. Lunch:  late july mojo, reese's minature peanut butter cups, tradtional eb. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  banana, clif blueberry crisp, grapes, late july sweet potato.
