Fat: 33.67g | Prot: 32.98g | Carb: 160.95g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Bread. Lunch:  Pork Chitterlings, Grilled Cheese and Tomato Chips, Vanilla Rooibos Tea, German Rock Sugar, Carmel Popcorn. Dinner:  Whole Grain Oatnut Bread, Seedless Strawberry Jam, Special K Original Cereal, Lactose Free Milk 2%. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Free Milk 2%, Cap'n Crunch's Crunch Berries.
