Lunch:  Flour Tortilla, Salsa, Yellow Sweet Corn, Lean Ground Turkey, Baby Carrots. Dinner:  Salsa, Yellow Sweet Corn, Black Beans, Tomato Sauce with Onions (Canned), Chicken Breast, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Pears, Sweet Cinnamon Bun, Special K Protein Meal Bar, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Bran Flakes, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Rold Gold Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, Rold Gold Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
