Fat: 74.44g | Prot: 75.02g | Carb: 278.83g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Coffee, French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Fried Egg, Tomato Ketchup, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Colby Cheese, Kaiser Roll, Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  Buttermilk Pancakes - Short Stack, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Pancake Syrup. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese on Wheat Crackers, Gala Apples, Navels Oranges.
