Fat: 85.03g | Prot: 80.90g | Carb: 239.31g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Fruit Butter, Tomato Ketchup, Mushrooms, Rye Bread, Light Margarine, Zero Fat Free Yogurt, Scallions or Spring Onions, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  Sprouted Grain Bread, Light Margarine, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Dinner:  Salami, Hot Rod, Cheddar Cheese, Carrot Cake with Icing, Light or Dark Holiday Type Fruit Cake, 4 Bean Salad, Baby Carrots, Smoked Salmon, Rice Crackers, Goats Cheese (Soft), Quinoa (Cooked), Cooked Lentils, Bulgur (Cooked), Pineapple, Grapes, Cantaloupe Melons, Watermelon, Cherry Tomatoes, Pecans, Beef Honey Roll Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Corn Flakes, Almonds, Rolled Oats, Bits & Bites, Milk (Whole Milk), Creme De Menthe, Orange Juice, Cream (Half & Half).
