Fat: 13.36g | Prot: 27.24g | Carb: 17.71g.   Breakfast:  Apple Raspberry Cordial, Coffee. Lunch:  Cashew Nuts, Deli Sliced Ham, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Strawberries. Dinner:  Coffee, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Sliced Ham, Strawberries, Stuffed Green Olives.
