Fat: 65.28g | Prot: 70.20g | Carb: 211.78g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Coffee, Milk (Nonfat with Added Vitamin A), Water, Mega Men Sport Vitapak, Elite Gourmet Milk Chocolate, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, Instant Oatmeal: Maple & Brown Sugar. Lunch:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Coffee, Sugar, Cream (Half & Half). Dinner:  Water, Cantaloupe Melons, Water, Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade), Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Cookie.
