Fat: 62.35g | Prot: 58.93g | Carb: 140.31g.   Breakfast:  Cream Cheese, Half and Half Cream, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Carrots (No Salt Added, Drained Solids, Canned), Chicken Broth or Bouillon Soup (Dry, Dehydrated), Cooked Celery, Cooked Collards, Half and Half Cream, Half and Half Cream, Navy Beans, Sweet Onions. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Bread Crumbs, Broiled Tomatoes, Cheese Cracker, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Fried Calamari, Half & Half, Italian Parmesan Cheese Dressing, Italian Parmesan Cheese Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Sour Cream, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Sweet Onions. Snacks/Other:  Mighty Omega 3 Trail Mix.
