Fat: 62.35g | Prot: 58.93g | Carb: 140.31g.   Breakfast:  Half and Half Cream, Cream Cheese, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Half and Half Cream, Half and Half Cream, Chicken Broth or Bouillon Soup (Dry, Dehydrated), Cooked Celery, Carrots (No Salt Added, Drained Solids, Canned), Sweet Onions, Navy Beans, Cooked Collards. Dinner:  Half & Half, Fried Calamari, Cheese Cracker, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Broiled Tomatoes, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Mixed Salad Greens, Sweet Onions, Italian Parmesan Cheese Dressing, Italian Parmesan Cheese Dressing, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Mighty Omega 3 Trail Mix.
