Fat: 42.89g | Prot: 75.82g | Carb: 247.35g.   Breakfast:  Granulated Sugar, 2% Fat Milk, Wheaties Cereal, Clementines. Lunch:  Oatnut Whole Grain Bread, Mayonnaise, Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Organic Muenster Cheese Sliced, Oranges, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Whiskey, Miller Lite Beer (12oz), Old Fezziwig Ale Beer, Burgundy Wine, Baked Ziti & Meatballs.
