Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, american cheese singles, lite mayo, oscar meyer bologna. Dinner: green beans, ground sirloin, kraft macaroni and cheese, wine. Snacks/Other: Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, mandarin orange, skim milk, vanilla flakes, walnuts.
