Fat: 91.60g | Prot: 90.43g | Carb: 196.23g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, country style hash browns, kroger break free real egg product, trader joe's fire roasted bell peppers, trader joe's sliced mushrooms, vegetable oil. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, american cheese singles, lite mayo, oscar meyer bologna. Dinner:  green beans, ground sirloin, kraft macaroni and cheese, wine. Snacks/Other:  Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, mandarin orange, skim milk, vanilla flakes, walnuts.
