Fat: 125.72g | Prot: 154.36g | Carb: 277.66g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Herbal Aloe Concentrate, N-R-G Guarana, Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Club, Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried), Quesadilla with Poultry and Cheese. Dinner:  Chicken Dumplings, Chicken Salad Cup, Cooked Collards (from Fresh), Macaroni & Cheese - Cheddar Cheese, Potato Salad with Egg, Pulled Pork (Lunch), Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked), Yams in Syrup. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Peanuts, Drinking Water, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Wrigleys Doublemint.
