Fat: 68.94g | Prot: 60.59g | Carb: 217.64g.   Breakfast:  coffee, condiments Misc, half and half, Rolled Oats Dry. Lunch:  prime rib, Sourdough bread. Dinner:  brown rice, Chicken Broth, wine. Snacks/Other:  Baby Brie, cookies, Ranch Dip, Rice Crackers.
