Lunch:  45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread, 95% Fat Free Oven Roasted White Turkey, Diet Coke, Green Tea, Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, Provolone mix, Ultra Thin Mild Cheddar. Dinner:  Blue Chips, Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Ground Beef, Psyllium Whole Husks, Sour Cream, Taco Dip. Snacks/Other:  amber ale, emergen c, Green Tea, Oil Popped White Popcorn.
