Fat: 155.60g | Prot: 95.88g | Carb: 35.83g.   Breakfast:  Lo-carb Monster Energy, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Egg, Butter (Salted) . Lunch:  Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, Lo-carb Monster Energy, Crumbled Bacon Bits, Field Greens Blend (Kroger). Dinner:  Butter (Salted) , Crumbled Bacon, Egg, Fine Shredded Cheddar, ham, Heavy Cream. Snacks/Other:  Raspberry & Dark Chocholate Swirl, Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese, Beef Snack Sticks, hidden valley ranch dressing.
