Fat: 107.96g | Prot: 93.77g | Carb: 301.90g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch:  Anchovy (Drained Solids In Oil, Canned), Avocados, Balsamic Vinegar, Cheddar Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green String Beans, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Wild Atlantic Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Orange, Extra Dark, Fuji Apples, Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Navels Oranges, Truffles.
