Fat: 107.96g | Prot: 93.77g | Carb: 301.90g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Avocados, Cheddar Cheese, Anchovy (Drained Solids In Oil, Canned). Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green String Beans, Wild Atlantic Salmon, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots). Snacks/Other:  Truffles, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Orange, Bananas, Fuji Apples, Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Extra Dark, Navels Oranges.
