Fat: 63.01g | Prot: 67.89g | Carb: 183.92g.   Breakfast:  Baguette, tea, truvia, boiled egg, butter, homekist, shredded wheat post. Lunch:  dried plums. Dinner:  chicken breast, spinach, olive oil, sweet potato, wasa lite rye, sea salt, goya salsa verde, whole wheat thin spaghetti, grated parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  sugar free gelatin.
