Fat: 39.49g | Prot: 65.44g | Carb: 138.52g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Reduced Fat Cinnamon Rolls with Icing, Reduced Fat Feta Chunk Cheese, Scrambled Egg , Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  Clementines , Cool Whip Sugar Free, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat) , Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner:  Cooked Pumpkin (from Canned, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix, Tortilla Soup Mix.
