Fat: 55.27g | Prot: 119.40g | Carb: 231.03g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter, egg beaters. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Corn, Black Olives, Avocados, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Banana Pepper. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, Egg Beaters - Original. Snacks/Other:  Butterfinger, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt (Chobani), Coconut Water with Pineapple, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, banana, almond breeze original, Planters Sliced Almonds, Chocolate Syrup.
