Fat: 55.27g | Prot: 119.40g | Carb: 231.03g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Avocados, Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, Egg Beaters - Original. Snacks/Other:  almond breeze original, banana, Butterfinger, Chocolate Syrup, Coconut Water with Pineapple, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt (Chobani), Planters Sliced Almonds.
