Fat: 52.01g | Prot: 162.29g | Carb: 274.54g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Goober Grape Peanut Butter & Grape Jelly Stripes, 100% Juice Smoothie - Mighty Mango. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Game Fuel, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Corn, Black Beans. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein, 1% Fat Milk, Fish Oil (2).
